THE SPRINGFIELD BLAGOEVICHES​

The Springfield franchise has been part of the league since 1999 winning 2 World League Superbowls in 2000 and 2002. Both titles came with the team under the name THE MICAH BANDY EXPERIENCE. Micah came off his high horse and properly renamed the team after the city it was playing in paying homage to the great Illinois Govenor Rod Blagoevich who did so much to the state he represented. Of course none of what Rod did was good. But why quibble of small factoids?
